This release features the following changes:
  • only accept content length instead of last modified date if url is NOT ftp. This enforces 404 errors for those sources that like to have custom 404 pages.
  • make --ignore-dep ignore conflicts on upgrade
  • unit test updates
  • new Romanian translation by Reteaua PTM.

This release fixes a bug with parsing dependencies with a dash or a dot in the package name. This release also adds a download count notification while downloading packages.
